Description
Antique Edwardian locket featuring red garnet gemstones set in sterling silver. The locket has a glass piece at the front and back with a small hinged window. The locket would allow you to place a picture, piece of material or gemstones in the locket. The locket hangs from a new sterling silver chain.
The locket is hallmarked '900', indicating this piece could possibly be Swiss as this was a popular silver fineness mark.
Garnet gemstones are the Birthstone of January.
