Free Insured US Delivery

Delivery is free on every order within the United States. Every package is fully insured and requires an adult signature on delivery. Each piece arrives gift wrapped in our signature box.

Arranging Your Delivery

Before anything ships, we'll email you to arrange a delivery date, so someone is home to sign for it. If you have an important date in mind, such as a proposal, birthday or anniversary, please let us know when you order and we'll do everything we can to help.

Resizing

If your ring needs resizing, we'll have it done before it ships. Resizing usually takes 7 to 10 days, depending on the ring and the time of year. We'll email you to arrange delivery as soon as it's ready.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Our made-to-order designs are handcrafted for you, and the time needed is shown on each product page, usually between 3 and 8 weeks. We'll keep you updated and arrange delivery once your piece is complete.

Where We Ship

For now, we ship to addresses within the United States only.

Returns

You can return your piece within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us before sending anything back, and we'll email you a free, insured return label. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
