This exceptional Victorian necklace is a striking example of 19th century silver craftsmanship, it is a bold yet elegant piece designed to shimmer with every movement. Formed from hundreds of overlapping scalloped discs, which almost look like butterflies, each individually hand-stamped and linked to create a fluid movement, it drapes beautifully along the neckline.
These necklaces were crafted during the mid to late Victorian era, when silver became the metal of fashion.
