A charming and characterful antique ring, this Edwardian-era ruby and diamond piece is crafted in solid 18ct yellow gold, hallmarked for Birmingham, circa 1900. At its centre sits a vibrant round-cut ruby, flanked by two smaller rubies and accented with tiny diamond accents, neatly set into delicate gold motifs.
The openwork gallery adds depth and visual interest, while the smooth tapering shoulders ensure a comfortable fit. This ring strikes a lovely balance between sparkle and sentiment — rubies symbolising passion and vitality, with diamonds offering a subtle glint of light.
