Historically it is believed sapphires symbolise truth, sincerity and faithfulness. It is also believed to have curative properties and to keep one safe from illness and protect against poison and spells. Sapphire is the birthstone of September.
Our beautiful antique 1918 ring features large bright blue round sapphires alongside a single 0.2ct old cut white diamond. The ring is set in a heavy 18ct yellow gold band.
