Antique Victorian 1857 9ct Gold Glass Locket Necklace

Antique 1857 9ct glass locket. This pendant is made from 9ct yellow gold, with the hallmark 9ct. The bale of the locket unscrews, loosening the glass panes allowing you to place a picture, lock of hair or a thin momento would be able to fit into this locket.
The Locket is perhaps the most mysterious and alluring pieces of jewellery. Only the wearer knows what secrets lie within the locket. It has to be the ultimate love token.

MEASUREMENT
The pendant hangs from a new 9ct yellow gold chain measuring 18". The locket is in excellent condition, measuring 2.7cm / 1." (excluding bale) in diameter.
