Description
Antique French Paste and Amethyst glass pendant set in sterling silver. The piece is from the Victorian era dating back to 1837-1901. The paste gemstones are transparent flint glass that simulates diamonds. The glass is polished and faceted to reflect the light. The large amethyst purple glass central stone has an open back setting allowing light to pass through.
MEASUREMENTS
The pendant measures 6.5cm / 2.5" in height and 2.6cm / 1" in width. The pendant hangs from a 18" silver chain.
CONDITION
The piece is in excellent antique condition, one tiny stone is missing which is common for these old pieces, it is not visible.
