Antique Victorian Gilt Watch Key Pendant Necklace
Description
Antique Victorian gilt yellow yellow gold watch key pendant. The end of the key had a sleeve which fits over the end of the key, a different metal was used on the end of the key as it was harder for winding up pocket watches. The watch key would have hung from on a gentleman's jacket ready to wind up his watch. This fantastic watch key has been placed on a new 9ct 18" yellow gold chain.

MEASUREMENTS
The key measures 2.6cm / 1" in height and 0.8cm / 0.3" in width. The necklaces hangs from a new 18" 9ct yellow gold chain.
CONDITION
Excellent, the sleeve fits securely over the key although worn around the neck, care would have to be taken.
