Art Deco Yellow Gold Heart Locket. The piece dates back to the Art Deco era circa. 1920-1935, 80-95 years old.
This gorgeous locket features a spray of sun rays etched onto the highly shined smooth surface on the locket. On the underside of the locket the words '9CT BK & FT' are marked indicating the piece is 9ct gold on the front and back. The locket can store up to two pictures. During the Art Deco era the jewellery was linear and geometric.
The Locket is perhaps the most mysterious and alluring pieces of jewellery. Only the wearer knows what secrets lie within the locket. It has to be the ultimate love token.
