Antique Victorian 9ct gold locket featuring a star set seed pearl. The pearl has been hand set, tiny beads of gold sit around the pearl keeping it in place. Star setting were a very popular design during the Victorian era. This stunning locket is 9ct yellow gold on the front and the back. The interior of the locket is brass. Brass was used in the Victorian era because it was stronger the gold.
