Turquoise was popular during the Romantic and Aesthetic periods of the Victorian era. They believed the stone brought good fortune and protected the wearer from evil and harm. The Victorians also enjoyed the pop of colour against the richness of gold.

Our antique Victorian stud earring features a pear shaped Turquoise with an antique cut diamond set in 9ct gold. The earring was expertly reimagined from an antique stickpin our expert Hatton Garden master Goldsmith in London, England.
