Zircons come in many different colours white, yellow, green, red, reddish brown and blue. They have similar properties to a diamond and have been confused with them for centuries. Zircons have been used in jewellery for over 2000 years it is the oldest mineral on earth some 4.4 billion years old. They have a high refraction which means they have high amounts of brilliance and fire.
Our beautiful Art Deco 1920s ring features a 2ct deep blue zircon set in 18ct gold and platinum. The ring has two diamond accents either side of the stone. This ring is typically Art Deco and would make a fabulous wedding ring.
