The Victorians believed Coral would protect you from evil, traditionally children would wear coral necklaces and it was thought to ward off diseases, illnesses, evil spirits and danger. Naples Italy were the main sources of Coral. Coral was the favourite Christening present for the Victorians.
Our handmade necklace features ethically sourced undyed precious coral from sustainable reefs from authorised coral fishers in the Mediterranean. The necklace features stunning branch coral interspersed with frond coral beads.
