Our pale blue Chalcedony gemstone ring is set in sterling silver. This statement ring features a dark blue chalcedony gemstone which has beautiful facets which catch the light. The stone is set into a sterling silver setting with marcasite stones. Marcasite stones are Pyrite all known as Fools Gold. It was used in jewellery due to it's ability to catch the light, giving a diamond effect. The style, gemstones and metal indicate this piece is most likely from the Art Deco era 1920-1939.
