Wedding bands have been used in wedding ceremonies since Ancient Egypt. Ancient Egypt considered the circle to be a symbol of eternity, and the ring served to signify the perpetual love of the spouses.
Our 9ct wedding band is a smooth 'D' shaped band. The ring has a number of marks indicating the piece was hallmarked in 1929 in Birmingham, England from 9ct yellow gold. This gold band is very traditional and would looked beautiful worn alone or tucked next to an engagement ring.
