Vintage 1930s Sapphire Diamond 18ct White Gold Ring
Description
Historically it is believed sapphires symbolise truth, sincerity and faithfulness. It is also believed to have curative properties and to keep one safe from illness and protect against poison and spells. Sapphire is the birthstone of September.
This fine 18ct white gold ring features a large 0.5ct emerald cut blue sapphire gemstone alongside two 0.04ct white diamonds. The sapphire has a beautiful depth to its colour, the cut of the stone catches the light showing off bright blue flashes.
The ring is set in 18ct white and yellow gold. The top half of the ring is white gold and half the band is yellow gold.
