Vintage 1940s painted celluloid swiss Gentian flower earrings with silver tone metal clip earrings. Alpine flowers were popular souvenirs of the Alps and the blue Gentian flower one of the most popular from the mid-1900s until the 1940s and 1950s to be made into fashionable jewellery. The earrings are in good vintage condition and measure approximately 2.4cm in length and 1.5cm in width.
