Vintage 1940s Silver Filigree Gilt Heart Bracelet
Description
Vintage 1940s bracelet featuring heart shaped links with a colour graduation from gold to silver. The hearts have been given a wash of gold over the silver on half of the heart. Filigree is a delicate form of metal work in silver or gold creating a lace effect. This style of jewellery was very popular in Italy and France in the late 19th century.
