14" Necklace - fits just around then like a chocker.

16" Necklace - will fall around the base of the neck similar to a collar. The fall of the necklace will depend on the individual size of the wearers neck.

18" Necklace - will fall below the throat at the collarbone.

20" Necklace - will fall a few inches below the collar bone, this length is perfect for a lower neckline.

22" Necklace - will fall below a standard neckline.

24" Necklace - will fall below a standard neckline..

36" Necklace - will fall bellow the bust.

Description

Vintage 1950's Aurora Borealis glass necklaces featuring two layers of claw set Aurora Borealis stones set in a silver tone metal. Christian Dior collaborated with Swarovski creating the Aurora Borealis stone. A polychrome metallic coating giving the glass stone a rainbow iridescent quality.

MEASUREMENTS

The shortest layer of the necklace measures 43cm / 16". The stone measures 0.8mm in diameter.

CONDITION

The necklace is in very good vintage condition, the beads are bright and iridescent. The metal is slightly worn giving the necklace a slightly gold tint.
