20" Necklace - will fall a few inches below the collar bone, this length is perfect for a lower neckline.

22" Necklace - will fall below a standard neckline.

Description

This Vintage 1960s charm necklace features a deer set in 9 carat yellow gold vermeil. The deer has one leg up as if walking through a forest similar to Bambi.

The charm will add a whimsical playful charm effortlessly to your wardrobe or alternatively a wonderful gift for an animal lover.

Deer had a central role in the ancient art, culture and mythology for centuries, from the ancient Egyptians to Walt Disneys 1942 film Bambi. A deer in the Victorian era represents harmony and honour.

This solid charm has been styled with a new 9ct yellow gold chain. This original 1960s silver charm has been converted into a 9ct yellow gold plated charm.

MEASUREMENTS

The charms measures 1.9cm / 0.7" in height and 1.2cm / 0.4" in width. The charm hangs from a new 9ct yellow gold 18” chain.
