Vintage 1960s bangle set in sterling silver, the bangle is slightly oval with beautiful engravings. The bracelet has a number of hallmarks indicating the bracelet was made in 1960 in Birmingham, England from sterling silver. The inside of the bangle is hollow making this piece lighter in weight than the solid bangles. The bracelet has a safety chain for extra security when worn.
On the inside of the bangle it is engraved 'Marconi's 13-10-51', maybe the engraving referenced a name of the person or maybe where somebody met. Either way an excellent insight into the past.

The bracelet measures 5.9cm / 2.3" by 5.3cm / 2.1" in diameter. The bracelet is 0.9cm / 0.3" in height.

MEASURING YOUR WRIST
Use a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your MAYVEDA bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. To ensure the bracelet fits comfortably, add 1.5 cm. You can then add or subtract centimeters according to whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit.
