Vintage 1960's sterling silver charm featuring spinner. Each side of the coin has what appears to be random lines although when the coin in spun in spells out the words 'Why Worry'.
The coins hang from a new sterling silver chain. The charm opens and closes securely.

The coin charms measure 1.7cm / 0.6" in height and 0.6cm / 1.5" in width. The charm hangs from a new sterling silver chain measures 18-20" / 45.7cm - 50.8cm.
