Vintage 1970s Emergency Money Ten Shilling Note Charm Necklace

Vintage 1970s gold charm with a glass casing containing an old ten shilling note folded inside. The 10 Shilling pound note charms were referred to as Emergency Money charms, the idea being you broke the glass open when you needed some money.
The charm has a number of hallmarks indicating the piece is set in 9ct yellow gold, hallmarked in 1970. The charm hangs from 9ct yellow gold chain necklace.
