Vintage 1970s Italian Figa pendant featuring a clenched hand in a gold tone setting, hanging from a new 9ct yellow gold chain. The charm is carved from a white stone and has been dyed pink giving the piece an iridescent look.
The symbol is worn is many different cultures, it has had many different meanings although in the 20th and 21st century this symbol represented protected against the evil eye. The obscenity of the gesture is said to distract Satan from his conquest for your soul.

The pendant measures 3.6cm / 1.4" in length and 0.6cm / 0.2" in width.
