Vintage 1970s pendant featuring a puffed heart with delicate engravings on the front of the piece, the back of the piece is smooth. The heart is set in sterling silver as indicated by the hallmark on the back of the piece. This piece is very charming when given as a gift sends a clear message of love. The piece is easy to wear day or night.
