Snake jewellery became popular during the Victorian era after Prince Albert proposed to Queen Victorian with a snake engagement ring. Snakes symbolise eternal love and wisdom.
Our Snake ring features a snake tail wrapped around the snake head, the tail has eight bright white diamonds. These sparkling gemstones catch the light beautifully.
The ring is fully hallmarked, set in 18ct yellow gold in Birmingham, England. The ring is marked with the Common Convention Mark indicating the piece was marked after 1976/5. The ring is most likely from the 1980s-1990s.
