Vintage 1980's Puffed Mariner Link Chain Necklace & Bracelet
Description
Vintage 1980's puffed mariner link chain necklace and bracelet. This type of chain is associated with the fashion house Gucci and the piece most probably was a costume replica of the original solid gold version Gucci would have sold. Gucci introduced the Marina Chain into its jewellery line in the 1970s.
The necklace and bracelet are excellent quality and heavy in weight, the pieces are most likely gold plated. The necklace and bracelet can be worn as separates or they can be easily combined to make a longer necklace.
MEASUREMENTS
The necklace measures 42cm / 16.5" in length, the bracelet measures 21.5 / 8.5. The width of both necklace and bracelet are 1.3cm / 0.5".
CONDITION
The necklace and bracelet are in excellent vintage condition.
