Turquoise was popular during the Romantic and Aesthetic periods of the Victorian era. They believed the stone brought good fortune and protected the wearer from evil and harm. The Victorians also enjoyed the pop of colour against the richness of gold. Pearls in the Victorian era were associated with a number of symbols such as innocence, purity, humility and harmony.
Our stunning vintage 1992 ring is romantic in design with beautiful green round turquoise gemstones. This ring has been styled on the design of the Victorian era.
