Vintage pendant featuring St Christopher set into a 9ct yellow gold.
Saint Christopher is a saint which offerers protection to travellers and against sudden death, he is pictured as a giant man with a child on his shoulder and a staff in one hand.
In England there are more images of St. Christopher than any other saint. It is traditional to gift a small St. Christopher pendant for a new born baby on their Christening.
