Antique Victorian brooch features a large oval goldstone set in a decorative gold tone setting. Goldstone is a material used in antique jewellery mainly in brooches in the Victorian and Edwardian eras. Goldstone is made of glass with thousands of tiny copper particles within it.

The brooch measures 2.9cm / 1.1" length and 2.5cm / 1" in width.
