Georgian jewellery is highly sought after. the Goldsmiths of this period were highly skilled. This unique and beautiful ring features rose cut diamonds, these diamonds would have been hand cut. The rose cut originated in the 1500s, it is a very sought after style. The ring has a dark patina with lighter notes, this emphasises the intricate detailing. Another unusual and exciting part of this ring is the band, often bands are left plain but this ring has a scalloped pattern. This ring is set in 9ct rose gold and silver.
