Vintage Emerald Diamond 18ct White Gold ring
Description
Emerald mines have been found to date back as far as Queen Cleopatra. Emerald symbolism encompasses not only royalty but also wit, eloquence, and foresight. “The Jewel of Kings” also serves as the May birthstone. Whatever its supposed mystical properties, this gem has long been regarded as a superior jewel. Rare and beautiful, emerald’s stunning green colour has also brought it an honoured status amongst cultures world wide.
Vintage statement ring featuring a central oval Emerald flanked by clusters of four white diamonds either side of the Emerald. The diamonds and gemstone are in excellent quality. The ring is set in 18ct white gold. The ring dates between 1975 and 1998. It was hallmarked in Sheffield, England.
